Immunisation

We provide immunisations for babies and children following the national immunisation program, starting from birth, six weeks, four months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 4 years.

The immunisations you may require as an adult may vary greatly, depending on your age, stage of life, travel plans and immunisation history. Market Street Medical Practice will keep records of these to ensure you are always up to date.

We offer vaccination programmes for adolescents who may choose not to participate in the school-based programmes.

                 Attention All Patients

This is an important update about MyMedicare and Care Plans.
Some Care Plans (including Chronic Disease Mangement Plans and Mental
Health Care Plans) can only be completed at the practice a patient is
registered with under MyMedicare.

At this time, Market Street Medical is not registered with MyMedicare.

If you have previously signed up to MyMedicare at another clinic - even if you
may not remember doing so - your Care Plan and allied health referrals will
need to continue through that clinic.

If you are not registered anywhere under MyMedicare, your Care Plan can continue to be completed here as normal.
